Mia Rose & Frank is a full-service brand and experience studio, bringing brands to life through Brand Partnerships & Experiences and Strategic & Marketing Advisory. Unlike traditional agencies or specialized vendors, we bring strategy, marketing, creative thinking, and execution together under one roof, giving clients a single trusted partner to guide the work from concept to completion. We work with a diverse range of clients and are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Content Intern to join our team 1–2 days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to build real-world experience in content
creation, social media, and marketing activations. You’ll work closely with our team to support
client projects while learning how creative ideas are developed and brought to life.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with creating content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during meetings, events, and client
  shoots
• Help edit short-form video content and social media assets
• Assist with writing captions, organizing content calendars, and scheduling posts
• Support administrative tasks including research, organizing files, preparing
  presentations, and project coordination
• Help with product samples, office organization, and other day-to-day needs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Help with overall studio coordination

Position Qualifications

• Is currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Media,
  or related post-secondary program
• Has a strong interest in branding, marketing, and content creation
• Is organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Has basic experience with Canva and/or Capcut
• Is comfortable filming content using a smartphone and has an eye for visual

Additional Information

Commitment: 1 day per week

Compensation: stipend provided
