Domenic Gurreri is the Founder, President and CEO of Forest Group, one of Ontario’s most respected and vertically integrated construction and infrastructure companies. Since founding the company in 1994, Domenic has grown Forest from a small start-up into an industry leader recognized for operational excellence, integrity, and strong corporate culture, including being named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Beyond business success, Domenic is widely known for his extraordinary philanthropic leadership and hands-on community involvement. A passionate healthcare advocate, he is a President’s Circle donor to the Mackenzie Health Foundation and plays a key leadership role in the Foundation’s Ride for Health cycling events, dedicating significant time and resources to advancing hospital care across York Region.

Philanthropy is deeply personal for Domenic and his family. In honour of his late brother Ross, the Gurreri family commissioned the Ross Gurreri Park in Kleinburg and dedicated a memorial courtyard at St. Padre Pio Church. Through Forest Group, Domenic has fostered a culture where giving back is foundational — supporting healthcare, hospice care, food security, environmental initiatives, and community well-being.
