We hope you are up for the challenge! We are currently seeking to fill a MARKETING MANAGER role.

Position Summary

The position for a Marketing Manager is a key position.  The successful incumbent needs to be in the office in person at the Concord location and have demonstrated successful leadership skills managing a team of professionals.

Position Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as a key contributor to the success of the overall Company Strategic plan.
  • Collaborates with the department V.P. of Marketing for activities within the marketing department.
  • Develops the marketing strategy for the Company in line with the company strategic objectives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.
  • Use digital marketing including social media, email marketing and more to enhance brand visibility, boost sales and generate leads.
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns and with activities with Product Management team in the areas of:
    • New Product Launches
    • Product presentations
    • Packaging design
    • Other collateral
  • Coordinates company participation in industry events and trade shows for showcasing company products and generates leads.
  • Conducts market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitors and understand business landscape.
  • Responsible for content generation including blogs, videos, product blurbs and more.
  • Responsible for the company’s marketing budget, efficiently managing budgets to achieve maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure their effectiveness.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity and trademarks
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze reports on effectiveness of marketing communications, website traffic and all other marketing KPI’s.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Owns the company CRM system and responsible for management of
    • Database
    • CRM Training support to users
    • Reports and analytics of CRM
  • Other duties as required due to changing business needs.

Position Qualifications

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
• Four (4) years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Experience supervising and managing associates – three or more.
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse creative associates.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing strategies and tactics in a B2B environment
• Demonstrates ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
• Expert in Internet and social strategy with a demonstrated track record. Good knowledge of SEO, SEM and ad serving platforms.
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analysis.
• Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
• Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors (when required).
• Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
