The Communications Officer position works closely with the Senior Director, Partnerships & Community Relations, and the Membership Representative to ensure events, programs and member benefits are well branded and expertly promoted.
Policy and Research Analyst

The Policy and Research Analyst is a support position shared between the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce and the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce, reporting directly to both Chambers though the Manager of Government Relations and Policy. This individual will play a significant role in coordinating the Chambers’ public policy research and development initiatives to further the interests of members. The successful candidate must be aware of current trends and capable of reacting quickly to changes within the business landscape or within York Region. Highly developed communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills are required as there will be recurrent interactions with external stakeholders.
